Introducing the New TransPerfect Hub

Welcome to the Hub, your personal business space in the TransPerfect world.

The Hub is your new destination for everyday TransPerfect communications and support. Through the Hub, you can now easily update your profile or payment method and access other important information regarding your work with TransPerfect in one place. Some key features of the Hub include:

  • Self-Service Portal
    • You can view and update your personal information in the My Profile section. To change your associated email, submit a request through the Help section.
  • Payment Method
    • Review and update your payment method in the My Profile section.
    • During systems integration, your current payment information pulled from our Accounts Payable system may have been overridden in the Hub. This does not affect your payments, but please review and update your payment method in the My Profile section to ensure we have correct and consistent information across all our platforms.
  • Account Transparency
    • In Forms & Contracts, you can access copies of all your signed documents, like the Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Support
    • All support contacts are now conveniently located in one place, the Help section. You can also track the status of any support requests you’ve created in My Support Tickets at the bottom of the page.
  • News and Announcements
    • The Hub will feature important news and announcements from TransPerfect regarding collaboration, training, business opportunities and more.
  • Quick Links
    • Easily access TransPerfect platforms such as the Rapid Invoice Processing System (RIPS), Expert Learning Center (ELC), and other platforms via links.
