Introducing our newest Hub feature, the Account Settings section.
What does this new section do?
It allows you to consolidate and control the account email addresses linked to your Hub profile. The Account you are using to access any of our platforms is an email and password set up in our system. You may have multiple accounts within the system. This means you have multiple email addresses that you have set up with passwords to access different platforms. Your Hub profile is unique to you and contains your personal business information. You can only have one Hub profile.
There is a Primary Account linked to your Hub Profile. To see what is the Primary Account linked to your Hub Profile go to the My Profile section.
With the Account Settings feature, you can
Change Account Email Address
This feature allows you to update the email address associated to the account you are signed in with. You can only change an email address to a brand new email address that does not already have an associated account in our system.
How does this work?
- Sign in to your Hub profile with the account you would like to change.
- Go to Account Settings and select Change Account Email Address
- Follow the verification steps to change the email address linked to your account to a brand new email address
Link an Existing Account
This new feature allows you to link or unlink multiple existing accounts to your Hub profile so you may access your business information with any of your accounts.
How does this work?
- Sign in to your Hub profile with any linked account
- Go to Account Settings and select Link an Existing Account
- Follow the verification steps to link or unlink existing accounts to your Hub profile
